We will exchange (or correctly fulfill) your package as soon as we receive the returned item(s). All return shipping fees should be paid by the shipping company if the goods arrived damaged.

How to Return & Exchange
Please send the item(s), preferably in the box they were shipped in back to Japan. Be sure to include the original printed copy of the order details included in the shipment. Make a copy of the order details prior to sending back the package.
