Orders on welovedaruma.com generally ship within one week. For addresses within Japan, they normally arrive within 1 day of shipment. For overseas addresses, they normally arrive within 3-5 days of shipment.

All items are sent by air using EMS (Express Mail Service) out of Japan - the most trusted express delivery service in the country. Each shipment has a tracking code, which we’ll share with you once the order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

Please note:

*We cannot accept refunds, returns, and exchanges of items more than 60 days after delivery, regardless of reason. Please check the condition of the items you purchased soon after receiving them.

*In the event that the product(s) did suffer damage, defects or the order has been incorrectly fulfilled, quickly contact the shipping company and WE LOVE DARUMA with your order number and details immediately after receiving the package. We will exchange (or correctly fulfill) your package as soon as we receive the returned item(s). All return shipping fees should be paid by the shipping company if the goods arrived damaged.

*We will begin the refund procedure immediately after receiving the returned items. As soon as the processing is completed, we'll inform you by e-mail. Refunds may take up to 90 days to complete depending on the credit card company used. Contact your credit card company for further information.

*For orders that are cancelled before they are officially shipped, a 5% cancellation fee plus any local shipping or other minor business costs will apply.

How to Return & Exchange

Please send the item(s), preferably in the box they were shipped in back to Japan. Be sure to include the original printed copy of the order details included in the shipment. Make a copy of the order details prior to sending back the package.
